The biggest update yet! We've completely redesigned how multi-omics integration works.

The Problem We Solved: Traditional multi-omics analysis only finds insights when the same genes appear in both DNA and RNA data. But what if your mutated genes aren't highly expressed? You'd miss critical connections.

Our Solution: Pathway-level correlation identifies functional convergence even when genes don't overlap.

Example: - DNA: PTEN deletion detected - RNA: PTEN expression is low (no gene-level overlap) - Traditional approach: No integration insights - Pathway approach: Identifies PI3K-AKT pathway dysregulation, recommends PI3K inhibitors
